NVRAM WARNING: Err = 0x10 FIXED FOR MICROMAX CANVAS 2




NOTE: This post is only for those users who own a MICROMAX CANVAS 2 and are facing the NVRAM WARNING issue. Other phones might not work with the files provided.In order to fix this issue on other phones, please obtain the WIFI and WIFI_CUSTOM files located in the data/nvram/APCFG/APRDEB folder of the smartphone you are using, but make sure the smartphone from where you get the files, is not facing this issue, i.e the NVRAM warning message does not appear on turning on its WiFi. After getting the files, follow the steps given below

 

 








 



After flashing your Canvas 2, are you getting" NVRAM WARNING : Err 0x10 " on turning on your WiFi ?


Well you don't need to worry anymore, we have  successfully fixed this issue and you can do it too in less than 10 minutes


So let's start












Requirements -


   * Root Explorer App  [ DOWNLOAD]

   * WiFi Fix Files  [ DOWNLOAD ] 


NOTE-  adf.ly has been blocked in INDIA so if you're unable to download the  Root Explorer App and WiFi Fix Files using CHROME or FIREFOX on your computer, then use OPERA MINI on your Smartphones to download the file, adf.ly works on smartphones.

 


   * A ROOTED Phone  [ Click Here to see How to Root Your Phone ]






Step 1 -  Extract the WiFi Fix files and place them in a       
folder on your memory card




Step 2 -  Go to the App drawer and open Root Explorer


 


 Step 3 -  Click on Mount R/W


 




 Step 4 -  Click on data

 

 Step 5 -  Scroll down to the folder named nvram




 Step 6 -  Click on the APCFG folder



 Step 7 -  Click on APRDEB folder




 Step 8 - Select the WIFI and WIFI_CUSTOM files and delete them




 Step 9 - Now browse back to the folder in your SD CARD , where you extracted the  WiFi Fix files 


 Step 10 -  Select both the files and click on MOVE



 Step 11 -  Now go back to data/nvram/APCFG/APRDEB and click on Paste








 Step 12 -  After pasting both the files, close Root Explorer and REBOOT your phone. 




After Rebooting, when you turn on your WiFi, you will no more have the  NVRAM WARNING.....

    I have a quary.... is this solution temporary or permanent.... bcz in NVRAM after format whole flash flag we wr having 2 issues... 1st was wifi nd 2nd was IMEI.... after each flash this again shows the same issue... show plz give us a permanent solution for this as we want to avoid going to service center... plz reply me on my gmail...
